WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?
Store credit is a form of account currency issued by Virtuous Crown Lifestyle to valued customers as a token of appreciation, through loyalty rewards, or as part of special promotions. Store credit can be applied directly to future purchases on our website, reducing the total amount you pay at checkout.
Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards. It is valid only for purchases made on https://www.vclifestylefashion.com.
HOW TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT
Redeeming your store credit is simple. Follow the steps below to apply it at checkout:
Step 1 — Check Your Balance: Log in to your account and visit your account dashboard to view your available store credit balance and membership card number.
Step 2 — Shop as Normal: Browse our collections and add your desired items to your cart.
Step 3 — Copy Your Membership Card Number: At checkout, locate and copy your membership card number from your account dashboard.
Step 4 — Apply at Checkout: In the Discount Code field during checkout, paste your membership card number and click Apply.
Step 5 — Enjoy Your Discount: Your store credit will be automatically deducted from your order total.
Please ensure you are logged into your account before checking out, as store credit is linked to your registered account.
WHAT CAN STORE CREDIT BE USED FOR?
● Store credit may be applied to any product available on https://www.vclifestylefashion.com — there are no category restrictions.
● Store credit may be used in combination with site-wide promotional sales and discount codes, where applicable.
● Partial redemption is permitted — if your store credit balance exceeds your order total, the remaining balance is retained in your account for future use.
● If your order total exceeds your available store credit, you may pay the remaining balance using any of our accepted payment methods.
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
● Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or applied to gift card purchases.
● Store credit cannot be used to cover shipping costs or import duties.
● Store credit issued as part of a promotion may carry an expiry date. Any expiry will be communicated to you at the time of issuance.
● Virtuous Crown Lifestyle reserves the right to void store credit if it was issued in error or obtained fraudulently.

EXPIRY
Unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance, store credit does not expire. Where an expiry date applies, it will be clearly communicated when the credit is issued and will be visible in your account dashboard.
Virtuous Crown Lifestyle is not responsible for store credit that expires due to inactivity or failure to redeem before the communicated expiry date.
REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT
If an order paid for fully or partially using store credit is eligible for a refund, the portion of the order paid with store credit will be refunded as store credit back to your account. The portion paid by any other payment method will be refunded to that original payment method.
