AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Virtuous Crown Lifestyle ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.vclifestylefashion.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.
All fashion designs, product designs, brand identity materials, and original creative works produced by or for Virtuous Crown Lifestyle remain the exclusive intellectual property of Virtuous Crown Lifestyle. Unauthorised reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4) you are not under the age of 13; (5) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site; (6) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (7) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (8) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.
Please note that as a fashion brand producing premium ready-to-wear garments, slight variations in colour, fabric texture, or finish may occur between product images and the final item received. These variations are inherent to the nature of artisanal and small-batch fashion production and do not constitute a defect.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as required by applicable law. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
PRE-ORDERS
Virtuous Crown Lifestyle offers pre-order purchasing for select products. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:
Payment: Pre-order payment is collected at the time of purchase to confirm your order and secure your place in our production queue.
Production Timelines: Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided at the time of pre-order. These timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing, shipping, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Measurements and Sizing: Where pre-orders require the submission of personal measurements, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Virtuous Crown Lifestyle is not liable for sizing issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
Alterations: Minor alterations may be available upon receipt of your garment. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss alteration options. Alteration availability and any associated costs will be communicated at that time.
Cancellations: Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled as production will have commenced or been scheduled.
Changes to Order: Changes to size, colour, or measurements after the 48-hour cancellation window cannot be guaranteed and are subject to production stage and availability.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please review our full Return and Exchange Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. In summary:
● Ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
● Pre-order and made-to-measure garments are non-refundable except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
● Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

SHIPPING
Virtuous Crown Lifestyle ships to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping timelines, costs, and carrier information are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
● Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
● Make any unauthorised use of the Site, including collecting email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email.
● Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without our authorisation.
● Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.

● Copy, reproduce, or imitate any of our fashion designs, brand identity, or creative content.
● Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful material.
● Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
● Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm our brand, reputation, or the Site.
USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Site may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, or display content including reviews, comments, and other material (collectively, "Contributions"). When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that your Contributions are truthful, do not infringe the rights of any third party, and comply with all applicable laws. Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Site and as such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting your Contributions to any part of the Site, you grant to us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, and display such Contributions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. You retain full ownership of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights associated with them. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you on the Site.
GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
When posting a review on the Site, you must comply with the following: (1) you should have firsthand experience with the product being reviewed; (2) your reviews should not contain offensive, abusive, racist, or hate language; (3) you may not post false or misleading statements; and (4) you may not organise a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name or any other name.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. All purchases are processed in USD. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction set out in the Dispute Resolution section below.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@vclifestylefashion.com. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of informal notice, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information.
