FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over US$99 after discounts are applied, to selected countries and regions. This threshold is calculated on the final cart value after any promotional codes or discounts have been deducted.
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Malta, Iceland, or South Africa, due to regional logistics constraints and higher carrier costs. Additional shipping charges will apply for these destinations.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR DELIVERY TIME
Your total delivery time is the sum of two stages:
Processing Time: For in-stock ready-to-wear items, please allow 1–4 business days for warehouse processing before your order is dispatched.
Pre-Order Items: Production and dispatch timelines for pre-order items are specified on the individual product page. We do not recommend selecting Expedited Shipping for pre-order items, as the lead time is determined by production, not shipping.
Shipping Time: The time your package is in transit, from dispatch to delivery. Estimated timelines by destination are provided in the tables below.
Delivery time estimates reflect average transit times in the past 15 days and are provided for reference. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your specific location, carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances including peak seasons, extreme weather, public holidays, and carrier delays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Virtuous Crown Lifestyle ships internationally. For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority upon arrival of your package.
These charges are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost and are collected directly by your local customs office. We are unable to predict or advise on the exact amount of duties that may apply, as these vary by country, product type, and order value.
If you have questions about customs requirements, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
FAILED DELIVERY
To ensure safe delivery, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including street number, apartment or unit number, city, state/province, postal code, and country. Incomplete or inaccurate address information may result in delivery failure.
Virtuous Crown Lifestyle is not responsible for failed delivery attempts resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including:
● Incorrect delivery address
● Incorrect contact number
● Incorrect consignee name
If you notice an error in your order information after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@vclifestylefashion.com with your order number and the correct information. We will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
In cases of failed delivery due to customer-provided errors, we are unable to issue a refund for shipping costs.
US TERRITORIES & SPECIAL REGIONS
For deliveries to US territories including Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the US Virgin Islands, please allow 1–2 additional business days beyond the standard US delivery estimate. In some cases, you may be required to collect your package from your regional post office.
Please note: APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not currently supported. If your shipping address is an APO/FPO/DPO address, please provide an alternative civilian address at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Some carriers may experience a delay of 24–48 hours before tracking information becomes active in their system.
If you have not received a tracking update within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@vclifestylefashion.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
While we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, some factors are outside our control. Unexpected delays may occur due to:
● Peak shopping seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, New Year)
● Extreme weather conditions
● Carrier strikes or service disruptions
● Public holidays in the origin or destination country
● Customs inspection and processing delays
